ALEX AND ELIZABETH
As a photographer, there’s nothing quite as fulfilling as seeing clients return for life’s milestone moments. When Elizabeth, one of my favorite senior session clients from way back, reached out about shooting her wedding, I was thrilled and it was wonderful to reconnect. Their engagement session had all the elements of a photographer’s dream: golden-hour light, the lively backdrop of Kansas City’s hotel district, and a couple deeply in love. Elizabeth and her fiancé Alex chose some incredible locations for their shoot—each reflecting different aspects of their journey together: the hotel district, Andy’s Frozen Custard, and the iconic Nelson-Atkins Museum of Art.
BRIAN AND AMANDA
Brian and Amanda, a lovely couple hailing from the picturesque state of Iowa, set off on an unforgettable adventure to Kansas City for their engagement photoshoot. The entire experience was enchanting, with the two of them eagerly seizing the chance to capture their affection against the backdrop of a mesmerizing sunset painted in captivating colors.
TAYLOR AND LAURA
First off, let me just say, this engagement session was nothing short of epic. I had been eagerly anticipating this day for quite some time because I have the pleasure of knowing Taylor. To know him is to know that there are four things in his life that mean everything to him... Faith, Family, Music and Laura. Not necessarily in that order.
BEN AND CLAUDIA
Last week on a warm summer evening here in Kansas City the sun setting in blaze of oranges and pinks, casting a golden glow over everything. This was the backdrop Ben and Claudia's Engagement Session, and let me tell you, it was one for the history books! From the bustling streets of the Crossroads Arts District to the stunning architecture of the Nelson Atkins Museum, every moment was filled with love and magic and we had a ball capturing it all!
