Paul + Christy
Some engagement sessions just flow—and Paul and Christy’s session in Eureka Springs was exactly that. Last weekend, we spent a slow, beautiful afternoon wandering some of the most iconic (and meaningful) spots in town, soaking in the history, the architecture, and that unmistakable Eureka magic.
Eureka Springs has a way of inviting you to slow down. To linger. To notice the way light filters through trees, the way old stone holds stories, and the way two people in love can make a place feel even more alive. Paul and Christy leaned into that energy effortlessly, making this session feel less like a photoshoot and more like a shared experience.

We began our afternoon at the St. Elizabeth of Hungary Cathedral——a small but incredibly meaningful spot tucked into the heart of town. There’s something deeply peaceful about this place. The stonework, the surrounding scenery, and the quiet atmosphere created a more intimate tone for this part of the session.
These moments felt soft and grounded—less about posing and more about presence. Paul and Christy naturally settled into each other here, and it showed in every frame.

Next we headed to the legendary Crescent Hotel—an absolute staple of Eureka Springs. There were plenty of people celebrating the holiday at The Crescent, which was understandable with its sweeping views, timeless architecture, and slightly mysterious charm, it’s a dream location for engagement photos.
Paul and Christy were completely at ease here, laughing their way around the grounds and enjoying quiet corners of the property. The Crescent has a way of feeling grand without being overwhelming, and it gave us the perfect backdrop to capture both intimate moments and those wide, cinematic frames we love so much.

We wrapped up the afternoon at Thorncrown Chapel, and honestly—there’s no better way to end a session in Eureka Springs. Surrounded by towering trees and bathed in natural light, Thorncrown feels equal parts sacred and wild.
This location perfectly mirrored Paul and Christy’s connection—strong, intentional, and quietly powerful. The way the glass and wood interact with the forest created a stunning, organic backdrop that needed very little direction. We simply let them be themselves, and the result was pure magic.

Paul and Christy’s engagement session was a reminder of why we love what we do. Great locations matter—but what truly brings a session to life is the connection between two people and the willingness to slow down and enjoy the moment.
Eureka Springs gave us the setting. Paul and Christy brought the love. And together, it made for one unforgettable afternoon.
We can’t wait to continue telling their story.
